Seasons

High season: 15/07 to 31/08, Easter, Christmas ( 20/12 to 10/01) and weekend holidays.

Low season: Rest of the year.

Reservations

The request or receipt of information about the condition of Availability of the establishment does not imply the acceptance of the Reservation on the part of the owner.

Before 48 following hours of the acceptance of the "Pre- Reserve" on the part of the owner, the client will have to do a transference in the current account that facilitates him with a view to anticipation, to effects of formalizing the Reserve, indicating his/her name and the days of the stay.
Past this term, in case of not having received the above-mentioned payment, the establishment reserves the right to propose the housing to other potential clients.
The remaining quantity will subscribe in cash once the client is in the establishment, in the moment of the arrival.

Once formalized the reserve, that is to say, realized the revenue on the part of the client, the establishment will send a notification of confirmation of the reservation in the maximum space of five days counting from the receipt of the revenue. The client must check the confirmation of the reserve and notify to Casa Lafuente, any mistake, if it will be.

Cancellations

The enjoyment of the accommodation and other services, the last term agreed between the establishment and the customer. Any extension or reduction of the period previously agreed should be the owner consulted.

If canceling a reservation, apply a variety of expenses for annulment on the basis of advance booking to be annulled.
All expenditure on goes to from the same client. The rates are applied on the amount paid in advance.
Intervals and penalty rates applied are:

It returns the entire advance

In case of abandonment of the establishment prior to the agreement between the two parties will pay the full amount as agreed to stay on for damages.

Entry

Stays are not permitted uses of the facility or establishment of more people than those stipulated in the booking confirmation. Violation of this rule shall entitle the owner to take any action it deems appropriate, including the eviction.

It is mandatory that everyone complete and sign a form of occupation that the owner is obligated to deliver to the Ertzaintza (Autonomous Police) and an entry form to show the services requested by the client. This document is considered a contract between two parties.

Schedules of entry and departure

It is advisable to notify the owner of the approximate arrival time of 12 hours before the day of entry.

Time of arrival: 15 PM.

Time of departure: 12 PM.
